ARTICLE 10 MISCELLANEOUS LEGAL PROVISIONS 10.0    PENALTY Upon conviction thereof, every person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined not more than the sum allowed by RSA 676:17 as amended. 10.1    EFFECTIVE DATE         This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage. 10.2    AMENDMENTS TO THIS ORDINANCE This ordinance may be amended in accordance with the procedure provided by RSA 675 as amended.  Amendments shall take effect upon their passage. 10.3    VALIDITY OF THIS ORDINANCE The invalidity of any provision of this ordinance shall not affect the validity of any other provision.
